The Chicago Bears are heading to Tennessee to take on the Titans in their final preseason contest of the year on Saturday. Then it’s time for the real deal, when they open their season against the Carolina Panthers on September 13. But before they turn their attention to Carolina, they’ll have to trim their roster to 53 players by 5 p.m. CT on Sunday.

As Head Coach Ben Johnson admitted last week, the clarity they had hoped for throughout the roster isn’t quite there yet. Questions remain at left tackle, wide receiver, and at all three levels of the defense. With that in mind, let’s try to hammer down who’s going to make the cut.
