Bears Bits: Williams’ Big Onions, Eberflus’ Lack Of, Props to Thomas Brown
Caleb Williams rose to the occasion on Sunday, while Matt Eberflus continued to find ways to lose.
On Sunday, Caleb Williams got his first taste of the rivalry, and he tried his best to change the narrative and end a double-digit winning streak for Green Bay. He almost succeeded, leading the Bears down the field for a would-be game-winning drive, making multiple hero throws.
The Bears may have lost Sunday’s contest, but Packers fans have to know that Caleb Williams is going to change the dynamic of this rivalry and perhaps even make it an actual rivalry again. I can’t wait for the rematch at Lambeau Field in January.
