The funny thing about training camp is that almost every time you talk about something good happening, it's a double-edged sword. Take today's top Bears highlight, for example. Caleb Williams and Kalif Raymond hooked up for a 54-yard touchdown. My first thought is: Awesome! My second (and almost immediately after the first): who got burnt?

In this instance, it was Tyrique Stevenson, who was "several steps behind Raymond," according to CHGO's Adam Jahns. I love Williams nailing Raymond in stride for a 54-yard touchdown. Love it for Williams (vision, ball accuracy). Love it for Raymond (reaffirming the familiarity with Johnson's designs; depth is important). Don't love it for Stevenson, whose biggest shortcoming is his footspeed in coverage. Perception is everything, I guess.
