Chicago Bears assistant coaches Al Harris and Declan Doyle are generating interest for coaching opportunities elsewhere. And while this is no surprise when you consider the successful season the Bears just had, it is something that also brings me mixed feelings. While I like the implications that come with other teams wanting to poach Ben Johnson’s coaching staff, I hate that Chicago’s football team is at risk of losing some key assistants.
