The Bulls don’t usually get to draft like this. After a 31-win season and a regime change that put Bryson Graham in charge of basketball operations, Chicago caught the break it desperately needed on lottery night, jumping five spots from the ninth-best odds all the way to No. 4 in what’s widely considered the deepest top-four draft class in over a decade.

Tuesday is Round 1, and the Bulls have picks No. 4 and No. 15. In most years, that’s a middling haul. This year, with four legitimate blue-chip prospects at the top of the board, it’s a chance to walk away from one night meaningfully more talented than they walked in.

Add new head coach Tiago Splitter, a clean cap sheet, and picks at 38 and 56, and this is the most important offseason night Chicago has had since the Derrick Rose era. Here’s everything you need heading into the first round.
