That’s fitting, because Sunday night at Soldier Field puts Williams across from Matthew Stafford, a quarterback whose career has been defined by closing games when everything tightens. Williams met Stafford last season when Chicago beat the Los Angeles Rams in Week 4, but this meeting carries a different weight. This is Williams’ first playoff run. Stafford has made a living here — especially since arriving in Los Angeles.
