The Chicago Cubs downed the Pittsburgh Pirates 14-10 this afternoon, marking their first series sweep in a long time!

When the comeback began, the Cubs trailed 10-3 in the middle innings. Christian Bethancourt put the Cubs on his back, pairing with a massive day from Pete Crow-Armstrong to play the part of Miguel Amaya. The backup catcher drove in HALF of the Cubs’ 14 runs, including the tying and leading runs in the 9th.
