On Sunday, the Bears will face a Brian Flores defense that threw the kitchen sink at Jordan Love last week, blitzing him on 78.3 percent of his dropbacks in Week 1, the highest blitz rate any quarterback has seen in a single game since 2023 (via Next Gen Stats). That translated to a 52.8 percent pressure rate and four sacks against Love coming via blitzes. That makes it all the more concerning that Darnell Wright popped up on today’s injury report for the Bears.
