DJ Moore Hasn’t Forgotten About His Incredible Performance in D.C. Last Season
DJ doesn't forget ...
If you thought DJ Moore forgot about his performance against the Washington Commanders last season, he didn’t. Moore remembers torching the Commanders’ defense for 230 yards and three touchdowns on Thursday Night Football in D.C.
“I knew someone was going to ask me about that last night,” Moore laughed. “I was thinking about it; do I say the real answer, or do I come up with something politically correct? I think about it; 230 [yards] don’t go out of your mind when you’re playing the team from last year, but this is a new year, and they’ve got new people, so we’ll see what happens.”
Now, just over a year later, Moore heads back to D.C., this time with Williams as his quarterback, and the offense is humming late.
