Matt Eberflus Says No Change Coming to the Bears Offensive Line

Don't expect any changes on the offensive line for the Bears this week, says head coach Matt Eberflus.

The Chicago Bears’ offensive line has been offensive through the first two games of the season. The unit allowed rookie quarterback Caleb Williams to be sacked seven times on Sunday night in Houston, and have allowed 36 pressures against the Texans. Thirty-friggin-six!

As horrendous as it’s been, it has only been two games, which is why Bears head coach Matt Eberflus said today that no changes are coming for the starting unit ahead of their matchup with the Indianapolis Colts on Sunday.

“We’re looking for continuity, consistency, and communication,” Eberflus said during his press conference at Halas Hall today.
