We knew it was possible, but this morning’s news regarding Caleb Williams‘ availability for the Chicago Bears’ preseason opener against the Miami Dolphins on Sunday is definitely a bummer.

According to CHGO‘s Adam Hoge and Adam Jahns, Bears head coach Ben Johnson has confirmed that Williams will not play on Sunday against the Dolphins in Chicago’s preseason lid lifter.
